phasing the encoder motor

Im working on vacuum gripper robot 24V and I want to program it with plc (Modicon M221). My question is : How can i do a phasing of teh encoder motors ?

which version do you have? 9V motors or 24V motors?

Hi I have the encodeer motor 24V .
