Fischertechnik Robot Grab Arm

I’m trying to reconstruct a robot grabbing arm for an old 80’s robot based on fishertechnik, but I’m having some problems. The first problem is I’ve got 4 Gearbox, each jammed and then one gear broke in two. On closer inspection a small gear on each is starting to split, is this a common problem and is there a solution? My second problem is that I’ve only got a picture of the grab arm and what I’ve built from it doesn’t work, when the motor and gear box pushes the Hubzahnstange-60 part, it simply glides in the piece it is attached to, rather than push it to make the jaw work. Does anyone have any ideas where I’m going wrong with it. I have attached the Gelenkstein pieces to the Aluprofil-120 using a Federnocken piece.

Ich versuche, einen Roboter Greifarm für einen alten 80er Roboter auf fishertechnik rekonstruieren, aber ich habe einige Probleme. Das erste Problem ist, ich habe 4 Getriebe, brach jede gestaute und dann einen Gang in zwei Teile. Bei näherem Hinsehen ein kleines Zahnrad auf jeder beginnt zu spalten, das ist ein häufiges Problem und gibt es eine Lösung? Mein zweites Problem ist, dass ich nur noch ein Bild von dem Greifarm und was ich von ihm gebaut nicht funktioniert, wenn der Motor und Getriebe schiebt den Hubzahnstange-60 Teil, es gleitet einfach in dem Stück ist es an, anstatt schieben Sie es auf den Kiefer Arbeit zu machen. Hat jemand irgendwelche Ideen, wo ich falsch mit ihm bin. Ich habe die Stücke Gelenkstein dem Aluprofil-120 mit einem Federnocken Stück angebracht.

Yes that problem is common,I have one gearbox pinion,broken after intensive use.
I believe knobloch has a part for that.

No, Knobloch doesn't sell parts on ebay.
You can find their shop at http://www.knobloch-gmbh.de or just write them an E-Mail.
The parts you may need have the numbers 75104 to 75113. Just take a look at the pictures and choose the broken pinion: http://knobloch-gmbh.de/wbc.php?&tpl=pr ... tml&rid=81
Changing the pinions isn't that easy, you'll need some small tools. Perhaps it would be easier (and cheaper?) to buy some complete new ones...
