I have these parts, but there are no instructions. :?: :?: I have a ROBOTICS TXT Controller(just 4'M',4'C',and no 'S'),its i/o is too limited. Can someone who is knowledgeable come and teach me how to use this? I've tried everything but still can't figure it out.

Is his Ext connected to the TXT? Do both the USB interface and the 9v interface need to be connected? If so, what's the difference between this and me connecting another TXT port?

Or could you possibly provide me with some electronic books about various accessories for TXT? This one is too old and I can only find the new version.

Help me please

Hallo,

you should know https://docs.fischertechnikclub.nl/ providing most of fischertechniks outdated instruction manuals resp. the literature of outdated sets. On https://docs.fischertechnikclub.nl/digital/digital.html you find on the very top of page the instructions for the software "ROBO Pro" which is been needed for all interfaces and controllers up to the TXT-controller. The manual mentions your USB-interface, please have a look.

https://docs.fischertechnikclub.nl/digital/110256UK.pdf provides the instruction manual for your module in English. As far as I know it could be used as interface while connected via its USB-connector to a computer or it extends interfaces/controllers "ROBO interface" with an equivalent "Ext."-connector. But the TX-, TXT- or newer controllers are not applicable here.

With regards,
Lars

Hallo,

Hello,
the Robo I/O Extension Module can be programmed as an independent controller with Robo Pro.
It is connected via the old USB port.
Additionally, this controller can be used as an extension of the old 93293 ROBO Interface.
For this, it is connected to the ROBO Interface with the corresponding 10-pin ribbon cable.
See my documentation at http://chobe.info/dokus/RoboProBefehle.pdf on page 16.
