My assignment at Saxion University of Applied Sciences technical-business engineering department: to provide support and advice in making the fischertechnik simulation factory suitable for use in the practical component of their education.
This is done by applying an abstraction layer in the software, in such a way that the product can be followed along the production line. And the teacher should be able to change the parameters of this production line and introduce malfunctions.
The intention is that the TBK students can measure the quality of this production line and develop proposals for optimization and improvement of the robustness of this production line and the production process. This is partly due to the addition of business software that is intended for this purpose.
Technical part:
The fischertechnik factory contains 5 TXT controllers and is programmed in ROboPro
Add communication technology MQTT to RoboPro using RoboPro SLI extension elements.
A Node-Red dashboard for following this production line.
Develop a Node-Red dashboard with which the teacher can influence the course of events in the production line.
We will show the first results during the Ft convention in Enschede (Netherlands, near Múnster) (19 March 2020, 11 am to 4 pm).
