TX Display Anzeige im Online Modus

Hallo,
ich möchte den TX online ansteuern und auf dem Display Variablen ausgeben. In Robo Pro wird mir die Variable im TX Display Fenster fortlaufend angezeigt. Im Controller Display tut sich gar nichts. Habe ich was vergessen oder geht das online nicht ?

Im Onlinemodus geht das leider nicht.
Stört mich auch sehr, aber ist so gewollt.

Na super.
Das Display ist ja wg. der schlechten Ablesbarkeit eh zu kaum was zu gebrauchen.
Das es online nicht geht, hätte man auch in die Programmhilfe schreiben können.
Dank für die Info.
Vielleicht geht ja irgendwann mal doch I2C, dann könnte man seine eigenen Displays dranhängen. Falls der TX nicht vorher einen Nachfolger bekommt.

Hallo!
Tja, ist leider so.
Ausgabe aufs TX Display nur im Downloadmodus.
Online ist eh PC dran, also kann man auch da ausgeben.
So ist das wohl gedacht.
Aber I²C kommt, so viel kann ich Dir sagen.
Wird sozusagen grade Beta getestet.

At FtMscLib level with the TA it is possible to send data to the display's in the online mode.
Directly or with a byte array.
2)
Some I2C based displays will need a I2CWrite operation that is able to handle more than 2 bytes of data.
( byte array)!!!!!

Na dann wollen wir doch mal hoffen, dass das mit 12C nicht mehr zu lange dauert.
Na, ich freu mich dann schon mal auf die nächste ROBOPro-Version.

About what for I2C device do you want to use in the near futur?
How many bytes of data in a I2CRead or I2CWrite operation will you need for your I2C display device?
Is that more that 2 bytes of data in one Read or write operation?

Hallo,
ich würde es versuchsweise mit dem I2C Modul von Pollin und einem Passenden Display versuchen.
An PIC Mikrocontroller bekomme ich die Displays zum laufen (bisher ohne i2c). Ich denke mal es wird nur ein Datenbyte gesendet.

The
PCF8574P delivers only 8 bits of data for each I2Cwrite operation.
With the knowledge that a I2Cwrite operation from RoboPro will take at least one TA refresch cycle (+/- 10 ms USB, 13 -30 ms BT), you are able to calculate the time that will be needed to update the LCD screen.
Commands + data stream
HD44780 Character LCD 2 *16 characters.
