Discussion How to setup the Eclipse environement for cross-compiling

On the fischertechnik GitHub there was a question about how to setup the Eclipse environment for developing downloadable C-applications and SLI for the fischertechnik TXT firmware (4.6.6 and higher).
This on a Windows 10 system and for cross compiling to the TXT.
The fischertechnik Factory application with Mosquitto MQTT is also a normal downloadable TXT C-application which runs under the firmware.
I think that this discussion is also useful for a larger audience. For this reason have put the link on the forum.
Because all the documentation of the application itself and the used libraries is in English, it make no sense to translate this into other languages. But feel free to make use of a translator yourself.
