TX Controller Problem

Hi,
We are encountering problem with the TX Controller. At first we were using the upgraded version of ROBOPro software, but the TX Controller did not follow the instruction of the control program. This is the reason why we have downgraded the the ROBOPro software and also the TX Controller. After downgrading, the model managed to go through the curves on the map as u can watch it in VIDEO A. But after some time it started to give some strange problems: after we switched ON the TX Controller, it started the motor without any program in the TX controller as you can watch it in VIDEO B.
We could not figure out what is the problem with the TX Controller. Is there any suggestion or solution for this?
You can refer to Dropbox with control program, videos and images : https://www.dropbox.com/sh/jqc35i05b3o6 ... ZKNwa?dl=0
Kindly advise on this matter as we are planning for a competition using FischerTechnik soon.
Thank you.
