Hi,

We are encountering problem with the TX Controller. At first we were using the upgraded version of ROBOPro software, but the TX Controller did not follow the instruction of the control program. This is the reason why we have downgraded the the ROBOPro software and also the TX Controller. After downgrading, the model managed to go through the curves on the map as u can watch it in VIDEO A. But after some time it started to give some strange problems: after we switched ON the TX Controller, it started the motor without any program in the TX controller as you can watch it in VIDEO B.

We could not figure out what is the problem with the TX Controller. Is there any suggestion or solution for this?

Hi BrainBytes,

in your main program, the line is not connected to the exit of "follow trail".
Add a 0,1s wait command directly after the start symbol.
Why did you implement a subroutine? There is no need for that; your routine comes back to your main program after the robot has lost the line.
To test the program, do not cover the line sensors with your hand.
Do not connect the counter cables (coming from the blue plug); you do not use (or need) them in your program.

IMHO there is no need for a RoboPro downgrade.

Thank you for your suggestions. I will try it out your suggestions towards this model.

Today we are experiencing another problem with the movement of motors. Yesterday the movement of the motors was perfect, but today the movement of motors have changed oppositely from what we have programmed.

We have experienced this problem few times already. Why does the movement of motor changes ? Is there any solution for this ?
