Hi,

I'm trying to scp (secure copy) from the TXT to another (Linux) computer but after a long time waiting I get "connection timed out". Using scp to the TXT is no problem. I checked the firewall which is ok. What might be the cause of the scp failing ?

Problem solved. sshd wasn't running on the other computer and then ufw firewall blocked incoming ssh and therefor also scp.
