Hallo Leute,
Hat vielleicht jemand eine Ahnung, was für einen Prozessor ich für einen slebst gebauten Mikrokontroller braucht, wie viele GB Ram Speicher und wie viel GB Speicher.

This difficult question to answer.
Micro controllers are normaly is use to create a dedicated system.
Therefor there exist families of microcontrollers.
It is not only the choice for the controller (family) that counts but also the quality of the application development sytem, the quality of the libraries and examples and the availabilty of additional parts like Wifi module, RF (zigbee modules), etc.
The choice has also to do with your own experiances in the area of electronic and programming.
For the less experiance users there are kits with higher programming languages avaialble.

Personal I like the Microchip PIC families and the MPLab IDE /X. Microchip are offering a lot of development boards. the documentation and support is very good. The prices are resonable.

But there are a lot more products.
