TXT Firmware failure during update

Hello!
I was trying to update my TXT Controller (4.2.4 --> 4.6.6) but there was an error displayed on the TXT display during the update.
Something like

Code: Alles auswählen

fail in lib.so.1 tar - sleeping 300

I don't remember exactly.
Nothing happened anymore while a minute before it was spitting out all these updated files...
It seemed the TXT was frozen so I tried to restart but the TXT won't start up anymore. It looks like the firmware is broken now..
I would like to perform something like a factory reset or perform an update from SDcard.
Any ideas?
