I was lucky enough to find an (almost) unused Super Trucks kit for a bargain. I added the standard motorization options to it which consist of a 8:1 power motor with differential as the main drive and a S-motor with a cogged track rod 38472 and a switch as a center stop for the steering, plus some lights. I don't own a fischertechnik remote, but I managed to retrofit the model with my ESP32 RC module and a TXT 4.0. With a little help from GitHub Copilot and Claude, I managed to make the motor steering work quite well, so it acts like a (pseudo-)servo with the angle being proportional to the left joystick setting. The basic vehicle runs quite fast and is very sensitive to the gamepad settings.

ich hatte das Glück, einen (fast) unbenutzten Super Trucks Bausatz günstig zu ergattern. Ich habe ihn mit den Standard-Motorisierungsoptionen ausgestattet: einem 8:1-Motor mit Differential als Hauptantrieb und einem S-Motor mit Zahnstangenlenkung 38472 und einem Schalter als Mittelanschlag für die Lenkung, plus einigen Lichtern. Ich besitze keine Fischertechnik-Fernsteuerung, konnte das Modell aber mit meinem ESP32 RC-Modul und einem TXT 4.0 nachrüsten. Mit etwas Hilfe von GitHub Copilot und Claude funktioniert die Motorlenkung recht gut. Sie verhält sich wie ein (Pseudo-)Servo, wobei der Lenkwinkel proportional zur Einstellung des linken Joysticks ist. Das Basisfahrzeug fährt ziemlich schnell und reagiert sehr sensibel auf die Gamepad-Einstellungen.
Das TXT4 ist etwas klobig und stört irgendwie die „Vintage“-Ästhetik
