Hi,
for me Meccano is a system to build with metal parts. Used similar construction kits in my youth...
They seem to replace more and more with plastic parts, not sure if this is the right way to get accepted from their fan base?
The robot in detail can move the arms, head and rolls on wheels. Nothing special from the mechanical side in my opinion.
A similar one made from ft parts wouldn't be too difficult
But the idea with motion detection and capturing via a tablet or samrtphone camera instead of using an own one is good.
I hope we will see more feature for the ft txt cam added in the future...
