Can you help with Manual and parts identification?

Hi, Does anyone know where to find the other manual to the set below in pdf form? I have the manual shown, it is for one tray in the basic 100 set, I need the other manual for the packing list of the second tray.

Also, does anyone know what this black part is called and what it is for? The photo shows its two sides, the tabs on the underside have square holes in them.

These parts are usually used for caterpillars or for conveyor belts.

Thanks for your help, are they hard to come by? I couldn't find any on eBay. Do they attach to the conventional red chain link?

You need the things called "Rastkettenglied" (http://www.ft-datenbank.de/search.php?k ... ettenglied), available in red and black.

They won't work with any "Rastraupenbelag"-pieces.
