Hey All,
So after spending a few thousand on Fischertech, I find that my ability to create as gone! Strange, my role in working life was as a Senior Software Developer (Team Leader, Mentor) so a flow of creativity would flow all the time.
The sad story is that in the end the pressure of work took its toll and mental health suffered drastically!
So mental health is still with me, and in fact it will see me through to the end!
I dare not tot-up the amount spent on this technology, but it was a lot, I own all the different versions of the FTDuino's, im calling them that cos at the moment the true device name escapes me!
Anyone out there have any advise on a project, that might inspire me!
Thanks in advance, sorry its a drawn out message!
Regards, stay safe.
Paul

Re: Once upon a time!
Paul, have you tried asking ChatGPT or some other chatbot for ideas? I find that even if they often turn out a lot of redundant suggestions for these kinds of questions, often there is one among ten that's actual something usable, and even if not, their solutions make me sometimes find new ideas.

Hi Paul,
I can fully understand your situation.
My situation is similar. I have invested thousands of euros in Fischertechnik. It was and is my favorite hobby. I even remodeled my house so that I had some rooms reserved for Fischertechnik. Now I am so physically ill that I can no longer reach these rooms and it is sad for me to see everything lying around and getting dusty. I am getting older and the situation is not getting any better.
