ft missing user support and user guide

Hi ft team,


i currently try to introduce ft to schools
but i am having some challenge as below

1. no explanation on sample code!
user support is also missing (no reply to my 'contact us' email)
for example, i bought the AI quality control 9V, all i have is sample code
- what does the code in sample code mean, at least have some notation instead of asking user to self-study
- how to train our own model and implement

2. no solid user guide
i also bought an IoT set, same as above, only have sample code
- i need user manual on how ft MQTT work
- user guide somehow can be empty!!!

3. let user study themself, is this how ft work?
- i spending days and hours try to figure out a simple basic function, need us to communicating and answer digging within ft community at post

may i have someone with ft to share their experience where this is how ft work?
