No TXT connection after firmware update to 4.4.3

Hello,
And sorry to write in English, but I live in Belgium and my German is poor.
I have upgraded ROBOPro to 4.4.3 and installed firmware 4.4.3 on my robotics TXT controller . Earlier version was 4.2.4. Since I upgraded, I cannot connect receive dat from the controller anymore:
RoboPro test function shows that the connection is stopped. Camera is no more visible in ROBOPro. Sound functions of the controller do not work. Bluetooth is not visible in PC.
What should I do ? Is there a way to reset the firmware of the controller to version 4.2.4 ?
Or should I send the TXT Controller to FT for review ?

PS: I use the latest version of Windows 10 professional 64 bits on different PC's, all with the same result.
