Motoren fuer Adanced Automobile Set

Hallo,

wir haben einen Set "Advanced Automobile" und nun bin ich auch der Suche nach passenden Motoren. Den Mini Motor Set haben wir, den Power Motor Set allerdings nicht und der wird soweit ich sehen kann auch nicht mehr hergestellt. Ist denn der Motor Set XM als Ersatz passend?

Ich antworte hier ausnahmsweise mal.
Knobloch hat das Power-Motor-Set nachproduzieren lassen.

Der XM Motor ist nach Anleitung so nicht in Automobile verbaubar, mit ein wenig basteln dürfte das aber auch irgendwie machbar sein.

Hatte ich ja geschrieben das man mit basteln auch den XM in die Automobiles bekommt.
Vielleicht könntet Ihr dazu ja mal eine Anleitung als pdf zum download anbieten.
Man sieht hier ja das da Bedarf ist.

Hallo Sven,

gut zu wissen, dass es dann doch mit dem XM Motor gehen wuerde. Ich dachte mir aber, dass es schon seinen Grund haben muss, dass die aeltere Variante nachproduziert wurde. Ich habe beide Motoren noch nicht "in echt" gesehen und kann nicht einschaetzen wie viel Bastelei mit dem XM erforderlich waere.

Ich bin auch auf diesen Beitrag gestossen, http://forum.ftcommunity.de/viewtopic.php?f=21&t=1218. Da heisst es "also klein und schwach- oder groß und stark". Gross und stark klingt besser und ich habe damit spontan den Power Motor assoziiert. Habe ich da etwas falsch verstanden?

Nein! Natürlich ist der Power Motor eine gute Wahl für die "Automobiles" ...da er in der Anleitung auch beschrieben wird.

Ich päferiere -schon allein wegen der besseren Einbaumöglichkeiten- den aktuellen XM-Motor.. und den gibts auch überall zu kaufen.

Butt just as above mentioned by Sven, make it possible for the older boxes to bild it with the XM.
Just rework a part of the books and make them availible on the net, then these questions are not necessery.
This part was not answered, and is the important one not for me, but for the beginners and there are many.

I hope you'll understand that it is abolutely imposible to design a additonal manuel for all the old kits
in combination with older motors, battery boxes, lights, interfaces,... an the actual ones. Where shall
we start an where shall we stop. As well as I dont think its too tricky to build the XM-Motor in an
Automobile-model.

Yes, but you understand this answer is to easy, i did not mean the old boxes, and you know i didn't mean that, the XM set is on the market from 2009.
It would be nice for the custumer to have a basic instruction to work with the XM set, for the sets that also were availible on the same time.
Just like the firetrucks set on this moment, i have no new instruction for that one also, and i think i have all the Fischertechnik books ever made, also the different version of the same instruction book.
From 1966 to 2011, that is about 2,5m, you change the sets i get the answers, why there is no XM instruction book, and if i have one.

the Automobile Set was outclosed in 2008. The XM-Motor came in 2009.
So these sets were NOT available on the same time.

auch wenn der Hinweis etwas spät kommt - hier der Link zu einem Diskussionsbeitrag, in dem auf die Vorteile des Powermotors (gegenüber dem XM-Motor) beim Fahrzeugbau hingewiesen wird (die Aussagen, die dort zur Motorisierung der SuperTrucks getätigt werden, gelten auch für die Advanced-Automobile) ...
