Dear ft,

The Help function in my RoboPro installation does not work. A window opens but closes immediately, the same happens when I try to open the *.chm file directly. I've already reinstalled RoboPro and I'm using the latest update. My OS is Vista32 with IE9, with all updates and service packs. I know that *.chm files can be 'blocked', but the ones from ft are not. Directly opening the file in IE or firefox has the same result, the window that briefly opens seems to be the table of contents.

Suggestion
Sometimes files, coming from the outside are initialy blocked.

If this is the case:
Select the help file in the file browser and go to the properties.
Under the tab "general" you will find, after attributies, a field "security" and an "unblock" option.
This is standard Windows practise.
