Im working on vacuum gripper robot 24V and I want to program it with plc (Modicon M221). My question is : How can i do a phasing of teh encoder motors ?

I'm working on vacuum gripper robot and I want to program it with a plc (API). I know that it work with encoder motor but i don't know how can I program this encoders.
