Hi,

ich denke ich habe das gleiche Problem wie eliseur.

Update lief durch und beim Restart des TXT kam eine Fehler-Meldung. Denke die Gleiche wie bei Sven.
Der TXT meldet sich für App und Sys mit 4.4.3.0.

WLAN Konfig habe ich nach der Installation neu gemacht und erst eine statische IP eingetragen. Die konnte ich nicht anpingen. Dann auf DHCP umgestellt un der TXT taucht in der Fritzbox in meinem Heimnetz auf.

Auf den Win7 (64Bit) PC habe ich den fischertechnik USB ROBOTICS TXT Controller aktiv. RoboPro meldet aber beim Interface Test mit ausgewählter USB Verbindung nur Angehalten.

Damit scheint alles zu gehen, nur das reden miteinander nicht...

Hat jemand ne Idee woran das liegen könnte und vor allem wie ich es beheben könnte?

Ich poste hier und im fischertechnik Teil. Wenn jemand ne Idee hat könnte er ja hier antworten.

Schade das keine eine Idee hat. Ich vermute aber so langsam das beim Update des TXT was schief gegangen ist und es an dem liegt.
Auf meinem Bürorechner läuft jetzt auch die neue RoboPro Version und ich bekomme keinen Kontakt zum TXT.

Schliesse ich einen TX an klappt es sofort (natürlich muss ich das Interafce auf TX umstellen).

Allerdings kann ich den TXT ganz normal bedienen. Vielleicht hat ja ft eine Idee.

So ft hat sich gemeldet.

Das geschilderte Problem betrifft die Firmware der Motorplatine, dass das Firmware-Update auf der Motorplatine nicht richtig funktioniert hat.

Denke ich werde das zusammen mit ft per SSH/-Konsole/Putty versuchen zu beheben. Alternative ist einsenden für kostenlose Reparatur.

Und der TXT verbindet sich wieder per USB mit RopoPro und zeigt auch "Läuft" im Interface Test.

Ein kurzes Telefonat mit ft, login per ssh und erneutes flashen des Motortreibers. TXT aus und wieder an und es geht.

So stelle ich mir support vor.

Sollte also jemand nach einem Update ähnliche Probleme haben, die Lösung ist rech einfach.

Wie ich sagte, ist mein Deutch sehr schlecht, und ich verstehe ja nicht alles.
FT hat mir nicht telefoniert, oder gesagt wie ich der firmware kan flashen.

Finally you need putty on your system to connect. First you need the root password

Then you login as root and execute a script. Problem is that I don´t remember the exact path. I think it was in shbin/f*. If you are in the right path and type f you can get the rest by pressing the tab. Just execute it and a few seconds later the flashing is done. Reboot of the TTX and it was working.

If you are not familar with putty you can send it to ft. But best is to get in contact with them first. Finally a 5 minute operation.

The problem above could be fixed with a repair batch file.

1. Execute 0_new_root.bat to show and write down the root password
2. Execute 1_repair_FwUpdTxt.bat to repair IO firmware of TXT controller

Hallo, Ich hänge mich mal in diesen Thread, vielleicht hat ja jemand eine Idee.
Der TXT funktionierte heute einwandfrei am USB und auch via WLAN. - WIndows 10 - 64 bit.

Dann habe ich RoboPro auf 4.4.3 updated. Beim installieren habe dich dei Abfrage nach Installieren des Knoblauch USB treibers mit ja beantwortet.
Jetzt lässt sich weder der TXT noch mein TX per USB verbinden.

Bei Beiden kommt die Fehlermeldung wenn man den Interface test startet: "RoboPro konnte keine Verbindung zum Interface herstellen. Bitte prüfe die EInstellungen mit dem COM/USB Knopf"
Beim TX kommt vorher noch die Meldung: "Kein fischertechnik interface auf dem USB Bus gefunden".

Hat jemand eine Idee?

Uninstall RoboPro and the drivers completely.
Windows 10 -> Settings-> Apps & features at the rights side-> Raleted settings ->Apps and features (control panel)

There you will find 3 entry which are starting with fischertechnik
(Robo Pro + RoboPro USB drivers)

Uninstal them all.


After this, remove the complete RoboPro map and his content from C:\Program Files (x86) (and /or other installation in other maps and drives).


Start now a complete new installation of RoboPro 4.4.3..

Don't start RoboPro via the Terminal but directly from the RoboPro prompt.


Start your TXT powered by a power suply or full loaded accu.

Use a USB connection.

Thanks for the fast response - Before I go there I have two short questions
1 - How does the installation know that I have a legal license, if I completly uninstall Robopro?
2 - when you say "remove the complete RoboPro map" you mean delete the RoboPro folder. Right?

Delete===remove
If the installation needs een older version to instal, you probably need to install your licence version and some updates.
I did not test this explicitely, I gues that the licence date stays in the Windows registry.

With drivers probably you also need to install with administrator rights.

Thanks for your help, I found a bit shorter way. Since this problem seems to be a bit common, let me describe a bit more in length what I did to debug it.
1st I downloaded the USBview from microsoft a nice tool check for USB connection problems.
As it showed a generic device ´fischertechnik´but it did not find the TXT. (sorry do not have a screenshot anymore)
Then I deinstalled as you recommended the 2 USB drivers (but not the Program itself).
Afterwards I installed the 64-bit USB driver I had downloaded a long time ago from fischertechnik web page. usbview then showed the full text
"[Port1] : fischertechnik USB ROBOTICS TXT Controller (by Knobloch GmbH)". I now have only one 64-bit driver. Probably it would have been ok just to remove the 'non 64-bit driver'.
RoboPro started and firmware update for the TXT started.

It went all fine except of the last phase after "update motor controller" passed and in Phase 8 - Here I got an Error 1.
As the test interface could control motors I leave it there for the time being. The repair kit addresses errors in Phase 1 ... 3, when I loked into the .bat files, where I did not see errors.

The phase 8 message is not a problem. I have had that message too, you can skip it.
After restarting RoboPro is than working fine.

ich habe mit einem aktuellen Robotics TXT (App und Sys-Version 4.4.4.) das oben geschilderte Angehalten-Problem und habe versucht es mit der https://github.com/fischertechnikGmbH/txt_repair -Anleitung von Herrn Steiger zu beben. Doch leider bekomme ich schon bei der Ausführung des ersten Batchfiles die Fehlermeldung "Fatal Error - connection refused".
Hat jemand eine Idee?

Ok, ich hab die Lösung (SSH aktivieren) an anderer Stelle gefunden und jetzt läuft das Weihnachtsgeschenk endlich .....
