[Erledigt] Problem mit ROBO TX Controller

Hallo Fachleute,

ich habe ein Problem mit meinem TXC.

Eine Bluetooth-Verbindung ist überhaupt nicht möglich. Auch kann ich nach Update der FW von 1.18 auf 1.24 keine Programme mehr in den TXC laden (Timeout).

Er führt aber problemlos Programme vom PC über USB aus.

Muss ich den TXC einschicken oder kann ich noch etwas tun, um ein "Wunder" zu erreichen. Ich würde den TXC nämlich nicht gern aus der Hand geben.

Did you already renew the registration of the BT connection with the TX-C?

Strange, I execute an update like this several times on differrent TX-C's without any problem.
Did you use the USB connection for the firmware update?
An firmware update over BT is not advisable.

Suggestion:
Contact fischertechnik Germany by e-mail for the TX-C repair kit.
This enables you to restore the older firmware.

ok, what happened:
1. I bought the TXC with FW 1.18. BT was never possible from the beginning.
2. I contacted ft service with the advice to update to Software 3.1.2 (FW 1.24).
3. This update (over USB!) was possible, but afterwards BT was not possible (as before!) and I could not download any program to the TXC (timeout).
4. Executing PC programs on the TXC over USB works fine (as before!).

So my situation doesn't become better by updating. I can only use my TXC for executing the PC programs.

Do you think, the repair kit could fix the problems?
I think, it could be a hardware problem too, because BT never functions on this new TXC.

Is this you first TX-C or do you have another one who is working fine?

In case BT nevers was working:
a) Is BT activated in the TX-C firmware (menu on the TX-C, to control with the two red buttons).
b) Do you have the right BT-transceiver connected with your PC?
advice: go to a PC chop a test the connection with an different BT enabled PC.
c) The BT hardware on the TX-C is out of order.
d)?????

Advice: contact fischertechnik.

b) What is the right BT transceiver? I tried 4 different types with BT 2.0 and 2.1, Broadcomm and CSR chipsets; Microsoft, Widcomm and Toshiba stacks.
c) What do you mean with "out of order"? Is this a hardware problem?
d) Thats my problem too.

I will contact ft again. They didn't answer after my first contact.

Abschlußbericht:
Ein neuer TX-C ist von ft zurück und funktioniert prima.
Woran es lag, erfährt man ja leider nicht (vielleicht würde ich es auch nicht verstehen, wenn es mitgeteilt würde ...).
