Hi,
Does anyone know what the transistor part number is and where there might be a datasheet for the transistors that are in the u-t 4.
The transistor are in follow two parts:
3 36735 1 Transistor/Potentiometer-Bausdtein
3 36733 1 Verstarkerbaustein
Thanks
Michael

Never mind, I found it.
BC108A
It's in the manual for the u-t 4

Hi Codex,
some schematics you can find here, but unfortunately they are named without the ft-partnumbers
https://www.ftcommunity.de/downloads.ph ... altpl%E4ne
I just tried to find the relationship using our ft-database and hope I got the right ones from the ftc download section above. You already know the database?
The transistors used seem to be the same in both cases:
36735: BC108A with a heatsink "Kühlstern"
36733: BC108A with a heatsink "Kühlstern"
Transistors still are in supply at ususal electronic supplies.
I think you know what a "Kühlstern" is when you take a look into the Silberling. If the transistor is defective, you can simply pull off the heatsink and reuse it on the new transistor. You need a firm pull to get it off. But maybe you know this already - I just want to be complete.

Thanks H.A.R.R.Y.
Schematics are useful, confirms the simple PCB layout. Thanks for pointing to the link for them.
I check the Transistors, they are working.
I was more interested in the maximum and electrical characteristics for the transistor, hence the part number and the datasheet.
Cheers
