I²C speed stuck at 400 MHz on Robotics TXT

As per TXT and I2C bus speed, it looks like the issue I reported 13 January 2016 is still open.
Running the exact same program on RoboPro but targeting RoboTX and then Robotics TXT

Could you please fix this issue? Thank you!Even when the speed is set to 100 kHz, the Robotics TXT I²C bus runs at 400 kHz on the Robotics TXT.
On the RoboTX, 101.1 kHz
